The Full Registration fee includes access to:

Continuing Education Sessions (CLE on Monday and CIE on Wednesday)

The Continuing Insurance Education (CIE) sessions on Wednesday are included in the full registration fee. However, if credit is needed to remain in good standing with your state, a $75 fee will apply.

The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions on Monday are also included in the full registration fee. However, if credit is needed to remain in good standing with your state, a $100 fee will apply.

Conference Policies

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Attendee registrations and add-on fees may be cancelled by submitting a written notification of cancellation to AIA headquarters. The refund schedule is as follows:

100% refunded if cancellation received by Monday, March 23
50% refunded if cancellation received by Monday, April 20
0% refunded if cancellation received after April 20

No-shows will not qualify for a refund of any fees. All registration fees will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled by AIA or the host facility.
