About the AIA Safety Committee
The AIA Safety Committee oversees the curation of this safety resources page as well as the quarterly Safety Report in the Binder magazine. The mission of the Committee is to: 1) promote a culture of safety and risk reduction in the aviation insurance industry for the benefit of all; 2) develop educational programs for AIA member disciplines – underwriters, brokers, claims, attorneys, risk managers – to advance safety and risk reduction as it impacts aviation insurance; and 3) as an independent and autonomous committee, develop an awareness of safety and risk reduction that transcends competition, for the benefit of all.
