This is the one time per year when all facets of the industry are together at once. It is your opportunity to renew old acquaintances, build new relationships and your business.

The 2023 AIA Annual Conference is the best venue to trade experiences, create business partnerships, and analyze the current state of the industry from each segment of the association. 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM Sporting Clays Tournament The Tucson Trap and Skeet Club has served southern Arizona’s shooting sportsman since its original incorporation in 1948. The club has been in its present location since early 1976 when construction on the 80-acre site was completed. In 2011, Tucson Trap and Skeet added 300 acres of leased land from Pima County. This club is one of the largest sport shooting facilities in the country. With 50 American trap fields, 15 American skeet fields, eight Olympic skeet fields, five Olympic trap bunker fields, 32 station sporting clays course, four FITASC parcours, & three 5-Stand fields, the club has something to offer every shotgun enthusiast. The AIA Group outing will include transportation to and from the club as well as lunch, snacks and beverages.
7:30 AM – 1:00 PM Golf Tournament Sharpen your game by playing a round on two of the three resort's nine-hole golf courses. Tee off with red-tinged Arizona desert scenery and looming mountains in the background at the Starr Pass Golf Club, designed by legendary Arnold Palmer. Both courses offer unsurpassed views with dramatic elevation changes and challenging (but manageable) fairways. The AIA Golf outing includes hotel shuttle transportation to and form the course, lunch, snacks and beverages.
3:30 – 5:00 PM Queuing Up at AIA Queuing Up features a unique speed networking format, allowing agents and brokers to meet multiple insurance company underwriters in a neutral setting. Participating underwriting companies host a station and brokers rotate through the stations to fill a slip signed by each carrier. Discuss market conditions, hear their viewpoints on what’s ahead, and exchange business cards while you build valuable relationships. Participants must queue up and use time wisely to ensure they complete their slip and are eligible for a prize.
