Exhibitor Information
We are pleased to offer a tabletop Exhibit Area as an opportunity for Attendees and Exhibitors to network and exchange information about new technologies and services. Learn more about the Exhibitor experience below. Location
The Exhibit Area will be located in the main hallway of AIA’s conference space (where meals are served and the registration desk is located) to maximize foot traffic. Please note, due to the location, we are unable to ensure the security of materials and valuables. Logistics
The Exhibit Area will be open on Sunday, April 27, and Monday, April 28. Details regarding set up and break down of tabletop displays will be released soon. Recommended Personnel Schedule
Since foot in the main foyer varies throughout the conference, to maximize their engagement with attendees, traffic we recommend Exhibitors staff their tabletop displays during the following times:
Exhibitors are welcome to staff their booth throughout Sunday and Monday or simply leave materials out during slow periods. Engagement Enhancements
To encourage attendees to engage with all Exhibitors, the AIA team will once again offer a gamification element to the Exhibit Area experience. Prizes for participation will be provided by the AIA. *The Exhibitor Tabletop Display add-on includes one skirted table and two chairs in the Exhibit Area and recognition in conference materials. Please note, this add-on does not include a conference pass. Booth personnel must register for conference passes separately. |
