2025 AIA Conference

Attendee registrations may be cancelled by submitting a written notification of cancellation to AIA headquarters. The refund schedule is as follows:

• 100% refunded if cancellation received by Friday, March 14 
• 50% refunded if cancellation received by Friday, April 11
• 0% refunded if cancellation received after April 11

No-shows will not qualify for a refund of any fees. All registration fees will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled by AIA or the host facility.

The AIA reserves the right to utilize all photography and videography taken at this conference in future marketing of the association and its events.

AIA makes every effort to ensure credits for Continuing Legal Education and Continuing Insurance Education are provided to all attendees who seek them. However, AIA’s procedures must be followed regarding documentation (signing in and out of sessions) and deadlines to make requests. Payments for processing must be made before AIA submits requests to states for any CE credits.
