Helpful Details

The Full Registration fee includes access to:

  • Continuing Education Sessions (CLE on Friday and CIE on Sunday)
  • Networking Receptions

  • Division Meetings (if a member of an AIA professional interest group)
  • Closing Party at Mardi Gras World
  • Access to the Exhibit Area
  • Breakfasts and Lunches
  • Refreshment Breaks
  • Conference Materials

The Continuing Insurance Education (CIE) sessions on Sunday are included in the full registration fee. However, if credit is needed to remain in good standing with your state, a $50 fee will apply.

The Continuing Legal Education (CLE) sessions on Friday are also included in the full registration fee. However, if credit is needed to remain in good standing with your state, a $100 fee will apply.

The Speaker rate is available to AIA Members and Non-Members that are presenting a CLE session (Friday) or a CIE session (Sunday) at the conference.

The One-Day Pass includes everything offered on the day you select to attend, with the exception of add-on and special events which require separate fees.

The Exhibitor Tabletop Display add-on includes one skirted table and two chairs in the Exhibit Area and recognition in conference materials. Please note, this add-on does not include a conference pass. Booth personnel must register for conference passes separately. Learn more.
